Absolute Dispute Resolution offers document witnessing, including commissioning and notarizing documents, starting at only $60 per document. Multi-page documents may incur further charges.
This service is available by appointment only.
Certification of Copies of Documents
If you have an original document and need a certified copy of the original, Absolute Dispute Resolution can help. Certification of all documents for domestic or international use is available. The original document is required for this service.
To be legally valid, if you are photocopying multiple documents onto a single page (for example, a passport), each photocopied image on the page must be separately sealed and certified by the Notary.
A multi-page document only requires one seal. If you require a seal on each page of a multi-page document, please advise us.
Commissioning/Notarizing/Witnessing a Document
Absolute Dispute Resolution can commission, notarize or witness any document.
The document can be in a foreign language. The commissioner, notary or witness needs to only properly identify you and watch you sign the document.
You must bring a government-issued photo identification that matches the name on the document you are signing. The person having their signature commissioned, notarized or witnessed must appear and sign in front of the commissioner, notary or witness.
If you answer yes to any of the following questions, you may benefit from speaking with a document specialist to have your documents commissioned, notarized or witnessed.
