She completed her Law Clerk studies at Humber College with honours, her Mediation studies focusing on family law and civil litigation at Herzing College with high honours, and her Life and Divorce Coaching training through The Transformation Institute with honours.

Marian holds the designations of AccFM, Q. Med, CODR.

In addition to being a mediator, parent coordinator and divorce coach, Marian has written for Divorce Magazine, Family Matters Magazine, Women Rock Magazine and Mediate.com. Marian is a published co-author of the books entitled The Ultimate Divorce Game Plan: What Every Woman Should Know: How to Navigate Divorce and Empower Yourself and Transform Your Life (2026 Edition).

She is a member in good standing with the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (FDRIO), the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO), the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC), the Ontario Association for Family Mediation (OAFM), the Oakville Chamber of Commerce and the Oakville Business Improvement Association.
